Wandile is the founder and Director of Madalane & Associates Inc. He completed his LLB degree at the University of South Africa and further, holds an Advanced Master’s Degree from Leiden University (Netherlands), specializing in International Children’s Rights.

Having practiced as an attorney for over 7 years, Wandile thrives on formulating tailored legal solutions for clients. As a litigation specialist, he has achieved numerous favourable judgments and appearances.

Wandile provides expert legal representation in areas such as public liability, medical negligence claims, personal injury, trust deeds, policy interpretation and implementation, claims handling, risk management, and general litigation, always ensuring the protection of his clients’ rights.

Consultant | Admitted Attorney of the High Court

Phiweyo is an admitted attorney of the High Court (admitted in November 2019) and currently serves as a Consultant at Madalane & Associates Inc. She completed her LLB degree at the University of Pretoria.

Before joining the firm, Phiweyo worked as a Claims Consultant at an international insurance company. She then began practicing as a Candidate Legal Practitioner in 2018 at an international law firm and later, being retained as an Associate.

In her role as an Associate, she specialized in alternative dispute resolution and commercial insurance litigation, representing both state-owned entities and private companies, both locally and internationally.

She has a particular interest in public liability (including defective workmanship), products liability insurance, assets insurance, and professional indemnity insurance. Additionally, Phiweyo has extensive experience in personal injury matters.

Her daily practice involves handling insurance defence litigation, subrogated recoveries and defences, as well as preparing legal advice on contentious and non-contentious matters, including policy coverage and issues of coverage. Phiweyo also has experience in training professionals within the insurance industry.

Associate Legal Practitioner | Admitted Attorney of the High Court

Ms. Ubisi is a seasoned Associate Legal Practitioner and an admitted attorney of the High Court. She completed her LLB degree at the University of South Africa.

With a strong academic foundation and extensive knowledge gained through years of practice, she possesses the skills and expertise needed to navigate complex legal matters and provide tailored-made legal solutions to clients.

She offers expert representation in criminal matters, ensuring justice and the protection of clients’ rights.

Bringing her wealth of knowledge and skills to litigation, Ms. Ubisi is experienced in resolving disputes and advocating for clients' interests across a range of civil law and criminal law matters, including Family Law.

Trainee Legal Practitioner

Marang is a dedicated Trainee Legal Practitioner with over five years of experience in the insurance law and litigation industry, specializing in providing tailored legal solutions to meet clients’ needs.

A graduate of the University of Witwatersrand with an LLB Law degree, Marang has honed a strong proficiency in legal practice, handling a wide range of matters with significant precision and clarity.

Known for his client-centred approach, Marang works closely with clients to understand their unique needs and circumstances, ensuring exceptional, tailor-made service.

Candidate Legal Practitioner

Ms. Phaladi is a dynamic and dedicated Candidate Legal Practitioner at Madalane & Associates Inc., having joined the firm in 2024.

She has earned several academic accolades throughout her studies, and her academic excellence is consistently reflected in the quality of work she delivers across all matters and in her service to each client.

 A graduate of the University of Pretoria with an LLB Law degree, she is a proud Tuks alumna.

 Ms. Phaladi has also successfully attended and completed LEAD Law School as a full-time student in preparation for her admission to practice.

Currently serving her articles with the firm, she is actively developing and refining her skills in the legal profession.

Bookkeeper

Zithobile is a multifaceted and ambitious individual, effortlessly balancing her academics and profession.

As the dedicated bookkeeper and accounts clerk, she excels in numbers and finance, bringing her expertise and precision to the accounts department.

Currently enrolled as an accounting student at the University of South Africa, Zithobile is committed to academic excellence.
